           Last week I trained 7 days straight. Weight Training in the early mornings & short stationary bike rides in the afternoons. No Rest day until my next reload week which is sneaking up fast! Staying focused and positive during this stage. Abdominal and legs have become thicker much quicker than I expected. On the flip side I have been smashing my old PR's 💪🏼! (Which is exactly my goal) I am also debating how much longer I am going to stay on my High Carb Meal Plan.
